After his father was diagnosed with cancer, Prince Harry announced that he wanted to travel from the USA. Apparently King Charles’ youngest son has already arrived in London.

Prince Harry is said to have arrived in Britain after his father, King Charles, was diagnosed with cancer, according to British media. As the Sun reported, among others, Harry landed at London Heathrow Airport on Tuesday afternoon. According to the Daily Mail, he was on board a British Airways plane.

Pictures showed black SUVs with police escorts on the airport grounds. There was initially no official confirmation of this.

The palace surprisingly announced on Monday evening that the 75-year-old monarch was suffering from cancer. He is said to have personally delivered the news to his sons William and Harry and his siblings.

The relationship between Harry and his father Charles and other royals is considered to be broken. The king’s younger son and his wife Duchess Meghan (42) broke away from the inner circle of the royal family four years ago. They now live in the US state of California with their two children, Prince Archie (4) and Princess Lilibet (2).

According to dpa information on Monday, Harry wanted to travel to Great Britain “in the coming days” to be at his father’s side. This now seems to have become apparent more quickly than was initially foreseeable.
