If the summer holidays also begin in Bavaria on this Friday afternoon, then it will be full again on the trunk roads in the Free State, the ADAC warns of one of “the worst traffic jam weekends of the season”. There are just too many people making their way south at the same time. If these vacationers come back at some point, and not necessarily all at the same time, then many of them will be stuck in traffic again until they are allowed to return from Austria to Germany.
