“Bitcoin has changed since the launch of the first US ETF,” Cathie Wood confirms, as she explains that even ARK itself has been forced to reassess how bullish BTC is.
Previously, ARK Invest’s price target was $1 million per. Bitcoin by 2030, but now that goal is changing.
“That goal is before the US SEC gives us the green light. And I think that was a significant milestone and moved the timeline forward,” she explained, referring to the regulatory green light from U.S. regulators.
With this in mind, $1 million by 2030 must be changed.
“Our goal is beyond that. It’s much more than that. and with it our new expectations for institutional participation. The price increase could more than double,” it declined to give an exact figure on where BTC/USD might end up.
