There was a non-binding commitment a year ago, now the financing of the U5 to Pasing is getting a little closer: In a draft for the funding program according to the Municipal Transport Financing Act (GVFG) until 2026, the Federal Ministry of Transport has already noted a possible funding amount. This is 666.75 million euros, which corresponds to 75 percent of the eligible costs, which are currently estimated at 889 million euros. The total construction costs are expected to be 988 million.
