You are considered the savior of the Berliner Weisse, a beer that had been forgotten for a long time. There are so many beer styles. Why did it have to be this one?
Because I think that the Berliner Weisse belongs to Berlin as a cultural asset – that’s already in the name. And there was simply no Berliner Weisse that met my requirements.
