Baziball and freedom of fools: This is how the district of Ebersberg celebrates carnival – Ebersberg

After two years of Corona break, the witches and fools can finally start again with us: It’s really carnival. The SZ Ebersberg has put together a selection of events for young and old.

In Kirchseeon, on Sunday, February 12, the family carnival of the parish of St. Joseph will take place in the parish home at Fritz-Litzlfelder-Straße 1, starting at 2 p.m. The children’s program is designed by the altar boys, and coffee, cake and drinks are provided. Admission is free.

In Pliening, the children’s carnival takes place on Sunday, February 12 from 2 to 5 p.m. in Landsham village square. The carnival hustle and bustle takes place on Tuesday, February 21, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in front of the Pliening town hall, the carnival parade from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Participants will meet at 1:30 p.m. Please register with Theo Sterzer at (08121) 81 868.

In Markt Schwaben there will be a warm-up party on Saturday, February 11th in the Unterbräusaal, admission from 8 p.m. On Thursday, February 16th, you are invited to dance at the Weiber- and Baziball, also in the Unterbräusaal, from 7 p.m. The carnival hustle and bustle under the motto “Heaven and Hell” will take place on Sunday, February 19 from 1.13 p.m. on the market square, face painting and a children’s carousel will be offered. On Ash Wednesday, February 22, at 5 p.m., people are invited to wash their wallets at the market fountain.

There are also numerous carnival celebrations for children and young people this year

For young people aged 16 and over, the neon carnival party will take place in Zorneding on Saturday, February 18 from 7 p.m., in the youth center at Wiesenweg 5. Entry costs 5 euros, and one drink is included.

Children’s carnival will be celebrated in Aßling on Saturday, February 11, from 2 to 5 p.m. in the parish center, Mitterweg 11. Admission is free, there will be face painting and a raffle, and the girls’ circus will also be performing.

On Saturday, February 11th, Frauenneuharting organizes a children’s carnival from 2 to 4.30 p.m. in the community hall of Frauenneuharting. Admission is free, neither pistols nor rifles are allowed.

The SC Baldham-Vaterstetten carnival ball will take place in Vaterstetten on Friday, February 10th. Motto this year: Off to the jungle! The party starts at 7 p.m. and is aimed at visitors aged 16 and over. The celebrations will take place in the ballroom of the stadium at Baldhamer Straße 100. Please register at https://events.scbv.de/. There will also be a carnival party in Vaterstetten on Saturday, February 11th with the motto “We dance around the world”. The celebration starts at 8 p.m. in the parish center of Vaterstetten, admission costs 10 euros, reduced five euros. Contributions to the finger food buffet are requested, the parish youth will run the bar.

On Thursday, February 16 from 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Children’s carnival at the OHA! at Hans-Luft-Weg 2 in Vaterstetten. Admission is free for children of pre-school and primary school age, there are donuts and drinks for free. In addition, the traditional carnival concert for young and old will take place on Sunday, February 19 at 5 p.m. in the parish church of Vaterstetten. The theme is “Carnival of the Animals”, and the audience is also allowed to come masked.

In Anzing, the carnival parade starts on Saturday, February 11th at around 1 p.m. at the Postel bakery, in the direction of the parish church; the procession finally ends in the schoolyard of the elementary school. From 2 p.m. the party continues in the primary school gym, food and drink will be provided. The Shrove Monday carnival party of the Anzing boys’ club will take place from 7 p.m. at Schwabener Feld. You can park at Lidl, a shuttle bus runs every ten minutes to Birke-Hof. On Ash Wednesday, from 6 p.m., the CSU local branch invites you to a fish meal at the Kirchenwirt with Thomas Huber, a member of the state parliament.

The “Maskenrausch” carnival ball will take place in Ebersberg on Saturday, February 11th at 8 p.m. The show band “Super Nova” plays, the cocktail bar opens from 10 p.m. Information and tickets at www.kolpingsfamilie-ebersberg.de or in the old warehouse, admission is from 18 years of age. Children can dress up and party at the big children’s carnival in the Volksfesthalle Ebersberg on Thursday, February 16 from 2 p.m. For the older ones, the women’s carnival takes place on the same day from 7.30 p.m., also in the Volksfesthalle. Shady characters are asked to dance at the “Gauner- und Ganovenball” on Saturday, February 18 from 7.30 p.m. in the Volksfesthalle. The carnival parade through Ebersberg’s city center will take place on Tuesday, February 21 at 2 p.m. and will start in Baldestraße.

In Grafing there will be a party on the market square on nonsensical Thursday from 7 p.m. The children’s carnival takes place on Sunday, February 19 from 1 p.m. in the town hall of Grafing. The Grafing carnival bears invite you to the Sunday games on February 19th from 6 p.m. on the Wildbräu grounds in Grafing, physical well-being will be taken care of. The Shrove Monday party will take place on Monday, February 20th at 8 p.m. in the Grafing town hall; Admission is from 18 years, 7 p.m. and costs five euros.

The traditional Faschinsvarieté of the TSV will finally take place again this year in the Bärenstadt. Four times over three days there will be the tried and tested mixture of acrobatics, comedy and pure slapstick in the Stadthalle – including the infamous three clowns beating local celebrities. Performances are on Friday, February 10 at 8 p.m., on Saturday, February 11 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and on Sunday, February 12 at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are still available up to and including Thursday, February 9th and while stocks last at the Braeuer bookshop on the market square.

Also further south the fools are loose again this year, in the parish home Moosach the carnival ball of the parish association Moosach-Bruck-Alxing-Oberpframmern starts on Friday, February 17th at 7.30 p.m. The motto is “The main thing is that it’s famous”. In addition to the well-stocked cocktail bar, the youth show dance group of the Grafinger carnival bears Young Energy also contribute to the atmosphere. Admission is five euros, concessions three euros.
