Due to the sharp rise in energy prices, the Bavarian state government is providing one million euros for hardship aid in the area of integration. “We are strengthening our integration projects and making them future-proof even in times of crisis,” said Bavaria’s Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann (CSU) on Tuesday in Munich. Appropriate applications can now be made by the project sponsors. According to Herrmann, both the major structural support measures such as refugee and integration advice and the small on-site integration projects could benefit. Integration guides and funding projects in the field of value transfer and integration into training and work can also apply for help. In addition to aid for the economy and Bavarian citizens, the planned hardship fund for Bavaria also provides a protective shield for social life and infrastructure.
