The Professional Association of Visual Artists (BBK) awards up to 15,000 euros for individual art projects in public space. For the third time, Bavarian artists are to be supported in their work. The prerequisite is that the project uses contemporary visual arts to design a publicly accessible area or room. The area should not normally be used for exhibition purposes and should be provided free of charge. Artist fees of up to 1,500 euros are 100 percent funded by the Free State, while 50 percent of external services and material costs are covered. The application period ends on January 1, 2023.
