CSU MEP Christian Doleschal remains state chairman of the Junge Union in Bavaria. The 35-year-old from Upper Palatinate was confirmed in office at the state assembly in Bayreuth with around 88 percent of the votes, reported a spokeswoman for the Junge Union Bayern.
Doleschal has led the CSU youth organization since 2019. The three-day state meeting ended on Sunday.
