The Denver Nuggets were celebrated by a sea of people in their hometown after their first NBA title. The team led by leader Nikola Jokic drove through the city center in an old fire engine and was then cheered on by what appeared to be several tens of thousands more people in front of a stage.

According to US media reports, the star of the celebration was Jokic’s little daughter Ognjena, who sat on the truck with her dad’s master cap on her head and was protected by him from the many champagne showers. The Nuggets had won the NBA championship for the first time with a 4-1 win in the final series against the Miami Heat and made the title perfect.
