April weather in March in Baden-Württemberg: After mild spring weather, it snowed overnight along the Swabian Alb and the Black Forest. A meteorologist from the German Weather Service (DWD) in Stuttgart said there was snow from heights of around 700 meters.

According to the meteorologist, maximum values ​​were measured in the Black Forest on Feldberg (ten centimeters) and in Freudenstadt (seven centimeters) in the morning.

In the Schwarzwald-Baar district, a driver slid his car into a police car in slippery snow and presumably at an unsuitable speed. The two drivers were slightly injured in the collision on Saturday evening, the police said on Sunday.

The DWD forecast rain for Baden-Württemberg on Sunday and also snow at higher altitudes, with partly slippery roads at night. But then things get friendlier, from Monday onwards, according to the meteorologists, the sun will continue to shine through. Temperatures range from 8 degrees in the mountains to 14 degrees in southern Baden.
