This year the Bambi will probably be awarded in twelve categories. Around 800 invited guests from many walks of life are expected at the gala in the Bavaria Film Studios.

The Bambi is one of the most important media and television awards in Germany. The award has existed since 1948. Although the gala was canceled in recent years, the Tribute to Bambi Foundation continued to be active. According to the information, for example, it supports aid projects for refugee Ukrainian children throughout Germany.

Philipp Welte, CEO of Hubert Burda Media, spoke of a journalistic event “that is close to the pulse of the times and honors people who have achieved extraordinary things.” Sat.1 will broadcast the event live on November 16th from 8:15 p.m.
