Helping restaurants out of the crisis – that will be the new task of TV chef Tim Raue and his wife from April.

New project for Tim Raue (48): The TV chef will soon take on existentially threatened restaurants at RTL and try to save them from the end in “Raue – Der Restaurantretter”. The culinary rescue mission runs from Tuesday, April 11, with three episodes at 8:15 p.m. on RTL (or on RTL+).

The task of the star chef is to point out possible mistakes to restaurateurs, to develop new marketing concepts and to rekindle the passion for food. He gets support from his wife and business partner Katharina Raue, who, according to the broadcaster, is “a proven marketing specialist with an excellent eye for trends in gastronomy”.

It goes to Vallendar, Saarbrücken and Berlin

Their new mission initially takes Tim and Katharina Raue to restaurants in Vallendar and Saarbrücken. The duo can help both restaurants out of the crisis. In addition, Raue shows a Berlin restaurant operator how he can win the fight for his Michelin star.
