Are you trying to quit smoking with “No Tobacco Month”? Tell us about it in video!

For eight years, it’s been the same story. In November, thousands of French people try to quit smoking with “No Tobacco Month”. This year, there are 92,000 registered on the site. Among them, our journalist, Suzana Nevenkic. The goal: to completely stop smoking in 30 days and take control of your health, your budget and even your life in order to get rid of this addiction.

To combat physical dependence, there are nicotine patches and chewing gum. Against behavioral and psychological dependencies, it is strongly recommended to be monitored by a tobacco specialist. There are more alternative methods, such as hypnosis or acupuncture. Methods tested, and not always approved, by our journalist.

If you too have tried to quit smoking, fill out the form below to testify on video for 20 Minutes. How long have you been smoking? Is it a strong addiction to nicotine? What methods did you use to stop? Was it as part of “No Tobacco Month”? Were you supported in this challenge? If, on the contrary, you did not succeed, how do you explain it?
