Anouchka sues her brothers for invasion of privacy

The family war continues. Anouchka Delon is suing her two brothers Alain-Fabien and Anthony Delon for invasion of privacy. The trial will take place in April 2025, the Paris court decided this Friday. The two sons of the legend of French cinema, Anthony, 59 years old, and Alain-Fabien, 29 years old, will be judged by direct summons for “use, conservation or disclosure of a document or recording obtained by an attack on the privacy of the private lives of others.

They are accused of having unknowingly recorded their sister Anouchka, 33, in conversation with their father, on January 5, 2024, in the actor’s residence in Douchy, about a hundred kilometers south of Paris. The two brothers then published, two days later, on their Instagram account, what they presented as the recording of a conversation between Alain Delon and his daughter.

In this extract, a woman’s voice addresses a man whom she calls “daddy”. “They are taking you for a moron (…) and me for an idiot who manipulates her father,” we hear.

Accusations of manipulation

Since January, the star’s three children have been tearing each other apart, in the media or through legal action, against a backdrop of disputes concerning the state of health of the 88-year-old actor. His sons, Anthony and Alain-Fabien, believe that Delon is manipulated by their sister, Anouchka, who allegedly hid his state of health from them. She would like to bring him back to Switzerland to avoid paying too much tax on the inheritance, Anthony accuses.

Anouchka, for her part, criticizes her brothers for endangering the life of the actor of “La Piscine” and “Cheetah” and claims to have wanted to take their father to Switzerland so that he can continue to be treated there.
