Police control mask requirement

Three counter-demonstrations reported
There will be no limit to the number of participants. The Hamburg police assume that the rally would go off peacefully, even if several small counter-demonstrations were reported in three places. Visitors to the city center are strongly advised not to have their own car.
Demonstrators want to go around the Alster
