Ms. Engelke, your career began 45 years ago and you have been present in public ever since. But only now, in the podcast conversations with Riccardo Simonetti, do you get the feeling of getting to know you better. What has resolved within you?
Anke Engelke: I don’t plan on dropping my pants now either. But the podcast is a special place for me, a safe space, and yet in front of an audience. Here you are welcome to look into our souls. Actually, I’m doing the whole thing to spend as much time as possible with Riccardo. Our friendship is a phenomenon that I never knew before.
