World AIDS Day is a day that has been called for since 1988 to work together without prejudice and exclusion. A day on which those who have died of AIDS are remembered.

Prejudice and exclusion – that was something that Aids-Hilfe Gmünd, founded in 1995, encountered at the beginning of its work.

How the Aids-Hilfe countered the prejudices back then and why with the move from Traubengässle to the Ledergasse 39/1 it was renamed “Competence Center for Sexual Health”, it says in the Rems newspaper on Wednesday.
