The Grand-Est Regional Health Agency (ARS) announced on Saturday an “immediate action plan” after the detection of a “Delta variant cluster (known as Indian)” within the Haute Ecole des Arts du Rhine in Strasbourg.

Four positive cases are “already identified” and 43 contact cases are “under investigation,” said the ARS in a press release. Targeted vaccination operations are planned over the weekend, as well as a “strong mobilization of anti-covid mediators”. The prefecture has declared the school closed.
