An elected EELV expelled from a Marine Le Pen meeting, her complaint dismissed

It is a real disappointment and a surprise for the chosen one. Pauline Rapilly-Ferniot, EELV municipal councilor of Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine), who had been rudely expelled from a meeting of Marine Le Pen in April 2022 and who had filed a complaint following these facts, saw his case dismissed, according to a paper from the Parisian.

Reminder of the facts: on April 13, 2022, between the two rounds of the presidential election, Marine Le Pen held a press conference on foreign policy. The Ibiza collective, which brings together environmental activists, decides to take action against Marine Le Pen.

The co-founder of the Ibiza collective says: “The goal was to recall the closeness between Marine Le Pen and Poutine, at the beginning of the invasion of Russia in Ukraine, she throws all the leaflets in the trash of her meeting with Putin in Moscow”. The action therefore consisted of brandishing a sign in the shape of a heart, on which you could see Marine Le Pen and the Russian president shaking hands.

“I took four days to recover”

“When I get up with a giant heart, I get tackled to the ground by a policeman, a security guy from the RN dragged me out, ”explains the elected representative of Hauts-de-Seine. “What shocked me the most was the tackle on the ground, my head cushioning the shock, that’s what was violent for me, more than making me drag. Once they took me out of the room I was stunned, it took me four days to recover. »

Following these events, her lawyer pushed her to file a complaint: “Subsequently, I filed a complaint with my lawyer, I was heard once by a police officer, the Paris prosecutor decided to close without further action”, details Pauline Rapilly-Ferniot. In its dismissal, the Paris Court of Appeal considers that “the facts or the circumstances of the facts of the procedure could not be clearly established by the investigation. The evidence is therefore not sufficient for the offense to be established, and for criminal proceedings to be instituted”.
