Large-scale operation in the reptile park: In order to protect the clutches of their alligators from heat and hungry mouths, the keepers of an Australian wildlife park remove freshly laid eggs every year – much to the displeasure of the extremely caring and defensive mothers. The strong animals must be prevented from attacking the employees for the duration of the egg hunt in the enclosure. Unfortunately, one cannot convey to the reptiles that the incubator and the separate rearing are for the better of their offspring.
