All tickets reserved for France supporters sold “in a few hours”

Obviously, there was a wait after the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, which was both distant, placed in winter and not very conducive to festive outings. And this was felt on Wednesday, as soon as the ticket office opened for the three matches of the first round of the France team during Euro 2024 in Germany (June 14 – July 14). According to the FFF, the nearly 29,000 places it had, or 9,600 on average per match, were gone “in a few hours”.

This rapid success concerns all categories (1,2,3 and supporters), from 30 euros. The raid was carried out “even before the end of the purchasing priority given to members of the associations and members of the supporters’ club”, specifies the Federation. This indicates that before Euro 2021 organized across Europe, “all tickets reserved for France were sold out in two days”.

As a reminder, here is the Blues calendar:

  • Monday June 17: Austria – France in Düsseldorf
  • Friday June 21, 2024: Netherlands – France in Leipzig
  • Tuesday June 25, 2024: France – winner of play-off A (Wales, Finland, Estonia or Poland) in Dortmund

If you have not had the chance to obtain a precious ticket to visit these three cities which are not usually among the most touristy in Germany, you will logically have to wait. Tickets for the final phase matches will be put on sale by the FFF if and only if France qualifies.
