In this letter dated January 9, Me Ayela informs the prosecutor of a “alarming letter“from the 88-year-old actor’s Swiss doctor, received the day before, alerting him to”abrupt cessation of all vital medical treatment” and on “a lack of continuity of care in France“.

The lawyer requests that the Swiss doctor be able to have access to the patient at his residence in Douchy, in Loiret, in order to obtain his consent to decide what action to take regarding his health. But according to him, the actor’s sons Anthony and Alain-Fabien would oppose it, taking “the risk of causing the premature death of Mr. Alain Delon“. The prosecution has just contacted an independent doctor to assess the situation of the sacred monster of French cinema.

According to Alain Delon’s lawyer, these are therefore Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon who decided to stop medical treatment of the star of The swimming pool last summer. A version corroborated by SMS exchanges between Anouchka and her two brothers, dated last July, revealed by TF1. The Delon children talk about chemotherapy treatment.

I would like us to have a conference with the doctors“, Anouchka would have concluded.
