Airlines – Money for Air France-KLM – Economy

According to a newspaper report, the airline’s shareholders have given the green light for an announced capital increase. Air France-KLM wants to implement the measure with planned proceeds of up to four billion euros to repay corona state aid in the coming months Les Echos. Several major shareholders wanted to participate in the capital increase. The main owners are France with a 29 percent share, the Netherlands with less than ten percent and China Eastern (ten percent). The aim would also be to issue convertible bonds and sell individual parts of the company.
