According to Ukrainian media reports, the rockets were fired over the Caspian Sea. Massive power failures were reported after impacts in the western Ukrainian cities of Lviv and Kovel. In Kyiv, too, the power grid operator warned of unscheduled power cuts to stabilize the grid.
