According to information from Provence, Yves Moraine, outgoing LR departmental councilor, lodged a complaint against X for a series of alleged irregularities in the conduct of the ballot.
The elected candidate for re-election in canton 12 of Marseille points to “voters who did not receive official electoral propaganda in their mailboxes, the late opening of certain polling stations”, or “the interruption of ballot in several polling stations because of an absence of blue envelopes ”, reports Provence.
