Jamie Foxx is in turmoil. The American actor is the target of a complaint for sexual assault in New York, according to a document from the New York justice system on the eve of the expiration of a law which allows victims of sexual violence to file a civil complaint for prescribed facts.
According to this complaint filed before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, a first instance court, Eric Marlon Bishop, alias Jamie Foxx, allegedly sexually assaulted the complainant, who remained anonymous, during a party on the roof terrace of a bar-restaurant in Manhattan in August 2015.
