Serious accident in the south of Saxony-Anhalt: A wrong-way driver apparently collided with another car on the A38. According to media reports, three people are said to have been killed.

According to information, two vehicles collided between Querfurt and Eisleben early on Friday morning – one of which, according to initial findings, was a wrong-way driver. There had previously been a traffic warning about a wrong-way driver on the section of the route, according to the MDR. The Autobahn 38 is closed in the direction of Göttingen between Querfurt and Eisleben. The MDR reported first.
