A 41-year-old man appeared Monday before the court of Quimper (Finistère) for having filmed without their knowledge the tenants of a dwelling belonging to his parents in Pouldreuzic, reports The Telegram. Inside the apartment, rented to individuals, the individual had installed a camera just above the bed. His scheme was well established since he collected the duplicate keys from his parents’ house before breaking into the apartment in the afternoon, when the tenants were at work.
At the helm, the forties tried without too much convincing to explain his behavior. “It was curiosity to know their life, to know what they were doing,” he explained, denying having wanted to film sexual intercourse. The court sentenced him to a one-year suspended prison sentence. It will also have to compensate the victims up to 5,000 euros.
