A 44-year-old student commissioner was indicted in early July for drug trafficking, particularly in the Paris region, reported the Bobigny public prosecutor’s office on Sunday, confirming information from
76 news.

“The person concerned was indicted on July 1 for transport, possession, offer or transfer, acquisition and use of narcotics and participation in a criminal association,” said the Bobigny prosecutor’s office.

The student commissioner not established

The facts referred to occurred between September 2020 and June 2021, “in several departments including Seine-Saint-Denis, Eure and Yvelines”, continued the prosecution. The suspect was placed under judicial supervision. According to a source familiar with the matter, “it was her partner who trafficked, but she could not have been unaware”.

This student commissioner “was not established because of the ongoing judicial investigation, she was suspended for 4 months at this stage,” said for its part the Information and Communication Service of the national police. The investigation was entrusted to the judicial police of Seine-Saint-Denis.
