a stoned RN bus and gassed activists in the Oise

Thursday, two days before the first round of the presidential election, a National Rally campaign bus was stoned in a parking lot in downtown Nanteuil-le-Haudouin, near Senlis, in the Oise. The driver as well as two RN activists sprayed with tear gas, we learned from the Senlis prosecution.

Shortly before 2 p.m., three men dressed in black and with masked faces stoned the bus and sprayed tear gas on two RN activists who were distributing leaflets in the parking lot, the prosecution said. The three individuals also sprayed the bus driver with tear gas, from the same source.

The three attackers fled and the three victims filed a complaint, added the prosecution. The RN de l’Oise branch did not respond to requests from AFP about this incident.
