You too may have been caught by this fake campaign clip, which is nevertheless particularly delicious. All in kitsch, abusive zooms and very poor rhymes, this video which has made the rounds on social networks in recent days extols the merits of Valérie Hayer, the Macronist candidate for the European elections of June 9, 2024. Obviously, this clip which ironically the fact that everyone knows the head of the list, who actually suffers from a huge notoriety problem, is not official.
This did not prevent some people from believing in it… or from wanting to believe in it and relaying this video which had its small success. On the Renaissance side, we are playing it zen and we do not intend to file a complaint against the author of the video, Zlavèque Production, who had clearly mentioned the parodic nature of his video. He has also carried out others, notably on other candidates in the European elections.
Difficult campaign
On the other hand, Valérie Hayer’s campaign team “monitors” the way in which the video is distributed, suspecting that certain opponents of having “organized the echo” which was given to the video. A report is therefore not excluded by the Macronist team.
Valérie Hayer, appointed at the end of February to lead the presidential coalition campaign during the European elections, has had a difficult start to the campaign. The polls only give it between 16 and 18% of voting intentions. Far behind the RN and not very far ahead of the Socialist Party. The Macronists have a little more than a month and a half left to turn things around.
