This film, which deals with the very delicate question of basin projects in the Poitevin marshes, was directed by Fabien Mazzocco.
The nutria entrusted to the SPA
Rural coordination, which brings together local farmers, is in favor of storing water in reservoirs, called mega-basins by their opponents, to irrigate crops in times of drought.
