A 24-year-old man was fatally stabbed in Bagnolet (Seine-Saint-Denis) during the night from Friday to Saturday, injured in the chest and shoulder, AFP learned on Saturday from a police source. The victim was taken care of by emergency services while he was in cardiorespiratory arrest in the street, this source said. The young man died from his injuries.
He was found on rue Robespierre, in the Capsulerie district which is home to significant drug trafficking, without the link with a settling of scores being established at this stage, added the same police source. The investigation into intentional homicide was entrusted to the department’s judicial police service, said the Bobigny public prosecutor’s office. No arrests have taken place at this stage.
