A man found dead in a burned car in the 13th arrondissement

An investigation was opened after the discovery of the lifeless body of a man in a burned vehicle in the 13th arrondissement of Paris on Tuesday evening, the Paris prosecutor’s office said in 20 minutesconfirming information from BFM TV.

Firefighters, who were responding to a fire in a car in a parking lot, discovered a charred body at the rear of the “completely charred” vehicle, the prosecution reported.

An investigation opened and entrusted to the 13th arrondissement police station

An investigation into the causes of death has been opened.

“The 3rd judicial police district traveled as an observer (to the scene of the events), the district police station is at this stage responsible for the investigations,” specified the prosecution.
