They failed to save his life. On Friday, around 2:30 p.m., two surfers took charge of a swimmer at the hold of La Rochebonne, in Saint-Malo (Ille-et-Vilaine). The two men managed to bring him back to the beach where they performed cardiac massage, while warning the fire department. The emergency response will not have changed anything. About 70 years old, the man could not be resuscitated and died.

For the time being, the circumstances of the death have not been established. The man had obviously gone to bathe alone, in a bathing suit. The sea conditions were not ideal this Friday in the corsair city, with a strong wind and choppy seas. Police were present at the scene of the accident.
