It’s a mind-blowing image. This Friday, an Île-de-France Mobilités bus found itself half in the void after leaving the road in Meaux in Seine-et-Marne.
The image, which is the delight of social networks, is impressive. We see a bus from the operator Transdev, the entire front part of which appears to be suspended above another road below after hitting the parapet of the Trinitaires bus station.
A crane and a tow truck to stabilize the bus
It was around 8 p.m. this Thursday that a driver from the operator got back behind the wheel of her empty bus after a break, Île-de-France Mobilités, the organization in charge of transport in the Ile-de-France region, told 20 Minutes. Fortunately, she was not injured in the incident. Alcohol and drug tests were carried out and came back negative.
According to the city, which communicated on its social networks, the incident caused no injuries. A crane and a tow truck must be mobilized on site to stabilize the situation.
