A dramatic Sunday afternoon on the roads of Meurthe-et-Moselle. Around 4:30 p.m., two cars collided head-on on departmental road 400, near Lunéville. Two other vehicles then ran into them, causing a serious accident, reports The Republican East.
On board one of the first cars, a 56-year-old woman was killed. Two other people, seriously affected, were transported to Nancy hospital. Finally, three others were injured more lightly. The road was blocked for three hours.
An investigation has been opened to find out the cause of the accident.
