The Traunstein public prosecutor’s office has brought charges against a 50-year-old who allegedly pretended to be a doctor a few months ago in the vaccination centers in Rosenheim and Karlsfeld in the Dachau district and administered numerous corona vaccinations there. According to the public prosecutor’s office, the man, who comes from the Munich district, is a trained theologian and has no medical training. He is said to have falsified the license to practice medicine with which he applied at the end of 2020 at the Rosenheim vaccination center and at the beginning of this year in Karlsfeld.
In Rosenheim alone, according to the findings of the public prosecutor’s office in February and March, the wrong doctor himself took the syringe during a total of 306 corona vaccinations at the local vaccination center and during mobile deployments in various old people’s and nursing homes. A further 1144 vaccinations were actually administered by trained medical specialists, but this was done at the instigation and responsibility of the supposed doctor. According to earlier information from investigators, he is said to have injected vaccine into up to 50 people himself in Karlsfeld in March of this year. According to the public prosecutor’s office, there are no indications that any of these many vaccinated people were harmed because of the man’s poor medical qualifications.
In addition to forging documents, commercial fraud and the misuse of titles and job titles, she still accuses the man of dangerous and deliberate bodily harm, because an injection as a medical intervention in the body without the appropriate qualification automatically falls under these conditions. The man himself had so far remained silent in front of the investigators about the allegations and only confessed to an expert that the license to practice medicine was forged. According to the public prosecutor’s office, the other allegations are based on testimony and files that have been seized. The man did not appear convincing in every respect, at least in Rosenheim. The head of the vaccination center became suspicious, which eventually led to a complaint to the police.
