61-year-old cyclist killed in crash with car

A sexagenarian lost his life this Sunday April 16 in the morning, south-east of Toulouse, in the town of Corronsac, in an accident involving a car, reports The Dispatch. The firefighters were called at 10:16 a.m. for a collision between a cyclist and a car, route de Pompertuzat.

When help arrived, the victim was in cardiac arrest and a Samu team, supported by a helicopter, was also called in, but the 61-year-old man could not be revived. The gendarmes have started an investigation to understand the circumstances of this accident.
