150 million deal? Manchester City are probably trying to sign Declan Rice

Declan Rice remains a desirable man. As a precaution, his coach calls the England international “not for sale”.
England champions Manchester City are flirting with signing Declan Rice. The midfielder of Premier League rivals West Ham United could switch from London to Citizens in the summer, he writes telegraph. However, a possible transfer of the 23-year-old is likely to be an expensive affair – there is talk of a fee in excess of 100 million.
Rice is under contract with West Ham until 2024. The Londoners also have the option to extend the contract for another season. Given this starting position, Hammers coach David Moyes contributed Sky Sports Recently it became clear that £100 million was “cheap” for the coveted European Championship finalist last summer: “£150 million would be the minimum right now – but he is not for sale.”

However, there is also the question of what Rice wants. Rice could certainly do that at Man City. And there are other interested parties: City rivals Manchester United have long been associated with Rice and according to information from GOAL and SPOX there was also at Chelsea FC before the sanctions for club owner Roman Abramovich thoughts about a commitment for the coming season.
Anyway, David Moyes wants to fight his star. He compared the situation to that of Harry Kane. The Tottenham star was courted by City a year ago.
