Zlatan Ibrahimovic unveils the trailer for his own biopic

We are never better served than by ourselves! Zlatan Ibrahimovic unveiled on his Twitter account on Monday the teaser for his own biopic, entitled I am Zlatan, expected in theaters on September 10.

The film, directed by the Swede Jens Sjögren, traces the youth of the Swedish player of Bosnian origin and presents itself as “the true story of a living icon”. Actor Dominic Andersson Bajraktati plays the player at the age of 11, and Granit Rushiti at the age of 17.

This biopic is an adaptation of the biography Me, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, my story told by David Lagercrantz, published in 2013. David Lagercrantz is a Swedish journalist and bestselling author. He is notably a sequel to the Millennium trilogy, which he resumed after the death of Stieg Larsson. While waiting for the release of the biopic, fans of the AC Milan striker will be able to find Zlatan Ibrahimovic on the screens in the next installment of the adventures of
Asterix by Guillaume Canet.
