Russia’s U.N. ambassador briskly swiped the device’s screen on Wednesday and appeared enthralled by what he saw while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the United Nations Security Council in New York. The purpose of Nebensja’s exercise, of course: to show as demonstratively as possible that he wasn’t interested in any of this.
