On the floor of the ZDF studio, where Özden Terli records his presentations, there are two strips with the inscription “Weather”. They are less than two meters apart. “This is the room where I can let off steam,” says Terli and has to grin a little himself. The weather report on television is a strictly regulated affair. Not only is the distance that the moderator can walk up and down in front of the camera limited, the time is also set to the second. There isn’t much room for a personal touch.
