Xavi: “It is my dream to coach Barcelona”
Rumors of another Xavi engagement at Barca persist. The Al-Sadd coach confirms that he wants to return at some point.
Ex-Barca captain Xavi continues to strive to take over as coach at his former club one day. The 41-year-old, who is currently working successfully as a coach at Al Sadd in Qatar, said at 20 minutes: “It is my dream to coach Barcelona. I never made a secret of it.”
As a player, Xavi had spent almost his entire career with the Blaugrana and won the Champions League four times with them. In the past few weeks he has been traded as the successor to the criticized Ronald Koeman.
