Inge Löhnig likes to think positively. “For me the glass is always half full,” she says and pours green tea. “That’s why I don’t push away negative things.” The author is currently working on the tenth case of her inspector Konstantin Dühnfort, who has been working as a profiler for the Munich police since volume nine. It’s been a long time since he was in action, the last volume so far, “I am your death”, was published in 2020 (Ullstein). “It also took me a while to get back into the character,” says its inventor, who lives in Hohenbrunn lives. But now it works.
