Janina Hettich-Walz, Vanessa Voigt, Philipp Nawrath and Benedikt Doll also fell behind due to a penalty loop, and they allowed a total of 13 spare rounds. “I saw that the others also stumbled a bit when shooting. I couldn’t isolate myself from that. Unfortunately, I didn’t do it that well,” Nawrath told ARD about his problems.
The French secured the victory in front of Sweden. The DSV quartet was almost half a minute behind the third-placed Norwegians after 4 x 6 kilometers.
