Kim Kalicki triumphed in the fourth World Cup race in the two-man bobsleigh. It’s not quite enough for Germany to achieve a triple success.

Kim Kalicki (TuS Eintracht Wiesbaden) and pusher Leonie Fiebig (BSC Winterberg) won the World Cup race in Lillehammer in the two-man bobsleigh.

The duo finished ahead of their teammates on the 1994 Olympic track in a time of 1:43.62 minutes Laura Nolte from BSC Winterberg and Neele Schuten from Gladbeck (0.19 seconds). The American Kaysha Love (0.23), who won the monobob competition the day before, came third.

The World Cup newcomer from the United States prevents a German triple success. Lisa Buckwitz (BRC Thuringia) and Vanessa Mark (Eintracht Frankfurt) had to settle for fourth place. After four World Cup stops, Nolte leads the overall ranking with 860 points, ahead of Kalicki (813) and Buckwitz (803).
