Advent is also known as the time of looking for a shelter. There is good news from Baden-Württemberg in this regard: a homeless mammoth from the Swabian Alb has found a place to stay. Not in a stable, but behind bulletproof glass, which in this case can be considered species-appropriate because the animal is of inestimable value. The mammoth measures less than four centimeters, but its significance is huge: it is one of the oldest known sculptures known to mankind.
