With their “Big bang”, the Pays-de-la-Loire want to become “the first region of full employment”

It is an “unpublished” event which aims to “present the work in its best light”. From Friday and for a month, the Pays-de-la-Loire region is launching its “Big bang for jobs”, which will take the form of a tour of the five departments. President Christelle Morançais (LR) hopes to make the territory, where the unemployment rate is around 6%, “the first region of full employment”.

Concretely, it will be a large village (free admission) bringing together the worlds of youth guidance, jobs and ongoing recruitment. The event, which promises fun and immersive experiences, will highlight four sectors in particular: tourism, industry, renewable energies, agriculture and agri-food.

It will be possible to create your video CV, take part in a “big job wheel”, test job simulators, or even meet partner companies (Chantiers de l’Atlantique, Thalès, SNCF, etc.)… For the first stage, these meetings will take place at the Angers exhibition center this Friday and Saturday. In Nantes, the meeting is fixed at the Machines de l’île, on March 31 and April 1.
